Return & Exchange:
ANYTHING YOU BUY FROM FORECAST.COM.PK CAN BE REPLACED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 7 DAYS SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IF:
• The size or any other detail does not match the given descriptions.
• The Garment(s) are unused.
• All Labels and Tags are intact.
Terms and Conditions:
• Accessories cannot be exchanged.
• Leather articles are not included.
• Claims are to be settled within one week time period of delivery.
• Product will be sent to Online Department for approval and decision.
• Any decree regarding complaints given by the Customer Care Department is final and is not subject to any further modifications.
• In all cases, customer will bear the cost of sending item(s) back to us.
• For exchange of a product the Customer will call our Helpline. In response, the customer will be guided through the process and further actions.
• It is essential that care instructions mentioned on the products and brochures/flyers are followed exactly. If the product hasn’t been used according to the given directions then Forecast is not liable for the adjustment of that complaint.
• No exchange options are available for product(s) sold at discounted prices, or on sales & promotions.
• There is NO “Refund” Policy on purchased items.
Shipping
Domestic:
• A shipping fee or Rs.150 is applicable on orders valued below PKR 2500/-
• Free Express Home Delivery for orders valued at or exceeding PKR 2500/-
• All orders may take up to 3 - 5 working days to be delivered to your doorstep

• Press the ‘Place Order’ button to place your Order and get your Order Number (#)
• Once your order gets confirmed an email will be sent to your email ID
• Every order will also be confirmed over a recorded telephone call before dispatch (Please note that answering this phone call is mandatory if you will not answer your call your order will not be confirmed and put to hold, while the item may run out of stock)
• After the confirmation you will receive another email with a tracking number and your order details
• During the transition of your package, you can use this tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status
